Returns:

Returns are accepted within 7 days if you are not satisfied  for any* reason. We will either exchange the product for a different color in a like size or provide a full refund minus shipping costs. Please notify us prior to returning an item.

Note: *True beeswax candle covers are intended to be used with 25 or lower wattage bulbs. While bulbs of greater wattage may be used, we cannot be responsible for damage that may occur to the candle covers when using higher wattage bulbs.

Payment Types: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, check or money order. We are able to process credit cards either over the phone or through Paypal's online payment system. If you are not comfortable with this, please call us at (770) 490-0744 or send us an email and we will be glad to handle your transaction over the phone or via email. When a payment is made with a check, the order will be shipped once the check has cleared.

Shipping: Our preferred method of shipping is via the USPS. Generally we ship smaller orders Priority Mail. Larger orders are sent either parcel post or via UPS. If you have special shipping needs, we will do our best to accommodate you.
